Kothari Products raises stake in Haraparwati Realtors

Kothari Products has increased its stake from 25.5% to 50% in Haraparwati Realtors, an associate unlisted company, having its Registered Office at 7, ChittaranjanAvenue , P.S-Bowbazar, Kolkata, West Bengal. Haraparwati Realtors is engaged in the Real Estate Business.

Kothari Products is primarily engaged in international trading of various products and commodities which include coal, agro based commodities, steel, tiles and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The company along with its subsidiaries and other promoter group entities is also engaged in real estate development and leasing.
