Sobha board to consider unaudited financial results

Sobha has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in accordance with SEB1 (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 06, 2015 to November 15, 2015 i.e. 7 days prior to the date of Board Meeting and two days after the Board Meeting.
