Persistent Systems has informed that Persistent Systems, Inc., a wholly owned US subsidiary of Persistent Systems , India, signed an agreement on November 09, 2015, with Akumina, Inc., a Delaware corporation to acquire the assets and hire the employees of Akuminas content management services business. Terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
