Kokuyo Camlin informs about utilization of funds

Kokuyo Camlin has informed that the Company has received Rs 10,323.66 Lakhs by way of allotment of equity Shares on Rights basis to the members of the Company. In terms of Clause 43 of the Listing Agreement, the utilization of the aforesaid amount of Rs10,323.66 Lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
