JSW Steel’s crude steel production in October 2015 declined by 2% and stood at 10.22 lakh tonnes (LT) as compared to 10.46 lakh tonnes in October 2014. The production of rolled products (flat) during the month dropped 11% to 7.34 lakh tonnes as compared to last year’s level of 8.28 lakh tonnes. However, the production of rolled products (long) Increased by 34% to 2.06 lakh tonnes compared to 1.53 lakh tonnes in October last year.
