Softsol India board declares interim dividend
Date: 13-11-2015Softsol India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, has resolved and approved to pay Interim Dividend of Rs 1.20 paisa per Equity Shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up (12%) for the financial year 2015-16 aggregating to Rs 2,01,87,016 (excluding dividend distribution tax thereof).
