Lakshmi Precision Screws informs about cut-off date for e-voting & postal ballot

Lakshmi Precision Screws has informed that the Company has fixed November 13, 2015 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically or Physical by Postal Ballot under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under. Consequently the same cut-off date of November 13, 2015 would record entitlement of the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote Physical. The Company would be availing the E-voting Services of National Securities Depository.
