Trans Freight Containers informs about suit filed by a lender against the company

Trans Freight Containers has informed that one of the unsecured creditors, who had advanced unsecured loan to the Company has filed a petition before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court seeking order from the said High Court for the winding up of the Company and appointment of Official Liquidator with an intention to recover her dues. The Company is taking necessary steps to defend the case before the Hon'ble Bombay High Court under the advice of its lawyers.
