CFL Capital Financial Services informs about business updates

CFL Capital Financial Services has informed that the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta has passed an Order on October 06, 2015 for liquidation of the Company based on an application filed by a creditor of the Company. The office of the Official Liquidator, Calcutta has also intimated members of the Board of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel that they would take over possession of the Registered Office of the Company on November 19, 2015 along with Books and records and Assets. The Board of Directors is considering the options available to deal with the matter.
