UPL has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 23, 2015 to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Advanta Limited with the Company. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated persons and their immediate relatives from November 21, 2015 to November 25, 2015.
