India Radiators informs about appointment of whole-time director

India Radiators has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company recommended the re-appointment of K Nadanasundaram, Whole-time Director as his term expires on Nov 13, 2015. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on Nov 02, 2015 has re-appointed K Nadanasundaram, as the Whole-time director of the Company with effect from Nov 13, 2015. His appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting.
