L and T Infrastructure Finance sells 12.01 lakh shares of BL Kashyap & Sons

L and T Infrastructure Finance Company has reportedly sold 12.01 lakh shares of BL Kashyap & Sons through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 11.91 valuing the transaction to Rs 1.43 crore.

BL Kashyap & Sons is engaged in the business of construction of factories and manufacturing facilities, IT campuses, commercial and residential complexes and malls.
