AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 27,995 equity shares of Rs 2 each on November 23, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 475,66,68,640 (237,83,34,320 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 475,67,24,630 (237,83,62,315 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
