Bajaj Electricals informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOP

Bajaj Electricals has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company at its 32nd meeting held on November 25, 2015 allotted 46550 equity shares of Rs 2 each, fully paid-up, in the Company to 15 Employee Stock Option Grantees on their exercise of options granted under ESOP. Post this allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up capital of the Company comprise of 100948976 equity shares of Rs 2 each fully paid up amounting to Rs 20,18,97,952.
