Fiberweb India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held December 02, 2015, to consider the derating of existing equity by 40% as per BIFR Order, to issue new shares to Promoters & Strategic Investor as per BIFR order, to fix up the record date for Postal Ballot, to approve Postal Ballot/ E-Voting notice & to appoint any agency for the same, to nominate any Director to complete the postal ballot-e-voting process, to approve Calendar of Events, and to appoint Scrutinizer for Postal Ballot & E-voting.
