Rajasthan Global Securities buys 6.30 lakh shares of Globus Spirits

Rajasthan Global Securities has bought 6.30 lakh shares of Globus Spirits through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 65.85 valuing the transaction to Rs 4.15 crore. Furthermore, Shilpa Porinju Veliyath has bought 1.55 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 66.30 through open market route.

Globus Spirits is engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and sale of branded IMFL, IMIL and Bulk Alcohol comprising of Rectified Spirit and ENA and also involved in franchisee bottling to cater to renowned brand owners.
