Geometric informs about closure of trading window

Geometric has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from December 01, 2015 up to January 25, 2016, for all Promoters and Promoter Group, Directors, Officers, designated Employees and all other employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
