DCB Bank informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 196,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each on November 26, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Banks issued and paid up share capital has increased to 283,641,673 shares of Rs 10 each.
