Magma Fincorp has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on November 04, 2015 have approved the Policy for determination of materiality of an event or information and have authorized Sanjay Chamria, Vice Chairman and Managing Director and Atul Bansal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company to determine materiality of an event or information and Shabnum Zaman, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company as the coordinator to disseminate the material event or information to the stock exchange(s).
