Colgate Palmolive (India) board declares second interim dividend

Colgate Palmolive (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on November 27, 2015 declared a second interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Re 1 (face value) for the financial year 2015-16. Further the Company has informed that the said interim dividend declared by the Board at their Meeting held on November 27, 2015 will be paid on December 23, 2015. In this regard, the Company has issued a copy of Company Statement.
