Sujana Towers has informed that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 27, 2015, allotted 46,29,629 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 44 per share, to the promoters/promoter’s Group incompliance with the terms and conditions of CDR package.
