Vitan Agro Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, has considered and approved the appointment of Athimoolam Dakshinamoorthy as an Additional Director cum Independent Director of the Company with effect from November 13, 2015; taking on record the resignation of Amit Hajarilal Chaurasiya from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect; and taking on record the resignation of Singara Babu Indira Kumar for the position of Managing Director and also the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
