Nestle India has informed that the Board of Directors on December 04, 2015 may consider declaration of second interim dividend for the year 2015, if any. The second interim dividend for 2015, if any declared, would be paid on and from December 23, 2015. Further, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 28, 2015 to December 06, 2015.
