Bharat Petroleum Corporation has informed that Pursuant to the communication by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt of India vide letter dated November 20, 2015, the Board of Directors have approved the appointment of three Non-Official Part-Time Directors / Independent Directors viz. Rajesh Mangal, Practicing Chartered Accountant, Deepak Bhojwani, ex-IFS and Gopal Chandra Nanda, ex-IPS as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from December 1, 2015.
