Natco Pharma has temporarily suspended operations at its Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (APIs) plant in Chennai on account of floods caused by incessant rains. Though, the shutdown would not be impacting its pipeline launches from the plant.

Natco Pharma was promoted as a private company to be in the business of research, developing, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical substances and finished dosage forms for Indian and International markets.
