AXIS Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,39,550 equity shares of Rs  2 each on December 07, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 475,70,67,630 (237,85,33,815 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 475,75,46,730 (237,87,73,365 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
