Date: 03-12-2010Larsen and Toubro has bagged two orders totaling Rs 415 crore from Hindalco and Sepco-I. A Rs 253-crore order from Hindalco is for structural steel work for the 6x150 MW captive power plant in Orissa. The Sepco-I order of Rs 162 crore is for the erection of boilers for the 2x660 MW Talwandi Sabo power plant developed by Sterlite Energy in Punjab. In the first quarter of this fiscal, Sepco-I awarded a Rs 225-crore order to L&T to carry out civil works in the project.crackcrack
