Ramco Systems has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held December 08, 2015 has approved an allotment of 36,687 equity shares of Rs 10 each, being the exercise of 7,028 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 3,308 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009-Plan A (ESOS 2009-Plan A), 3,736 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009-Plan B (ESOS 2009-Plan B) and 22,615 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013. Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 29,843,753 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 29,880,440 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
