Inox Wind’s arm acquires 100% stake in Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula)

Inox Wind’s wholly owned subsidiary - Inox Wind Infrastructure Services has acquired 100% equity shares of Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) with effect from December 09, 2015. Pursuant to this, Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) has become step down subsidiary of Inox Wind. The company has taken this step in continuance with its expansion in Andhra Pradesh state.
