Indusind Bank informs about allotment of shares
Date: 10-12-2015Indusind Bank has informed that the Company has allotted 90,150 equity shares of Rs 10 each on December 10, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company’s employee Stock Option Scheme. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
