Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from January 28, 2016 to February 06, 2016 for directors and designated employees as defined in code.
