iStreet Network informs about outcome of board meeting

iStreet Network has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 10, 2015 has considered and approved the request received from Manju Gang for reclassifying her shareholding (1.03% of total paid up capital of the Company) into public, subject to necessary regulatory compliances, if any, adopted various policies in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and authorized the CFO and the Company Secretary as KMPs responsible for determining materiality of event and making public disclosure in consultation with the Managing Director.
