Date: 10-12-2015Valiant Communications has informed that the Company has increased its shareholding in its Indian unlisted subsidiary namely, Valiant Infrastructure, from 62.53% to 85.83% by way of acquisition of equity shares from other minority shareholders; and the Company has received product approval from Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) for it product, E1 PDH Multiplexer (Version 6).
