Date: 10-12-2015Kosamattam Finance has informed that one of the Company’s group companies, Kosamattam Mathew K. Cherian Financiers has decided to merge with Kosamattam finance. Board of Directors of Kosamattam Finance approved the merger in the meeting held on December 08, 2015. The swap ratio and other material things will decide in forthcoming Board meeting.
