Rane (Madras) informs about closure of trading window

Rane (Madras) has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on January 25, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2015. In accordance with Rane Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished price sensitive information, the ‘Trading Window’ would remain closed for promoters, directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from December 10, 2015 to January 27, 2016 for the purpose of considering of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2015.
