Cinerad Communications has informed that Harshwant Joshi, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned and the Board in its Board Meeting held on November 05, 2015, has accepted his resignation with effect from November 11, 2015. The Board placed on record the invaluable services rendered by Harshwant Joshi during his tenure as CFO. The Board is looking for a suitable successor in his place and the same shall be intimated to the exchange when appointed.
