Morgan Industries informs about postponement of board meeting

Morgan Industries has informed that due to incessant heavy rains and floods in Chennai, the Board meeting for considering the annual accounts of the Company for the year 2014-15, scheduled on December 04, 2015 could not be conducted. And now it has been postponed to December 14, 2015 to consider Annual Accounts of the Company for the year 2014 15 and corresponding Quarterly Financials, and seek approval for Postal Ballot for transacting two items of business relating to sections 180(1)(a) and 186(3).
