GEE has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2015, has appointed Omkar Chandrakant Mhamunkar, Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary with effect from December 01, 2015. Further, Omkar Chandrakant Mhamunkar has been designated as the Compliance Officer as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
