Astra Microwave Products has informed that the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held on December 16, 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 47,86,450 Equity Shares of face value Rs 2 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) at the issue price of Rs 135.80 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs 64,99,99,910.
