Kotak Mahindra Bank launches bus booking through its mobile banking app

Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMB) has become India's first bank to offer booking of bus tickets on its mobile banking app. The bank will offer secured checkout solution where customers can make payment directly from their bank account or using their credit card. Customers can now seamlessly book bus tickets for travel across India's kona kona at discounted prices, without concerns of transaction failure. This innovation expands bank's travel suite on the app, which also includes flight tickets and hotel booking.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has a significant national footprint of 1,261 branches and 1,939 ATMs spread across 641 locations, affording it the capacity and means to serve even better. The bank has three Strategic Business Units catering to retail and corporate customers across urban and rural India.
