Zee Learn informs about allotment of equity shares

Zee Learn has informed that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2015 has approved allotment of total 5,591 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 20.85 per Equity Share under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme - AMENDED 2015. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,280,007 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs. 320,280,007 to 320,285,598 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,285,598.
