HCC bags EPC order from SSNNL

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC) has been awarded a Rs 345.30 crore worth engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd. (SSNNL), a Government of Gujarat undertaking. The project entails construction of a 57 kms of Kutch branch canal (package II) in Gujarat.

Under the contract, HCC's scope of work involves designing and construction canal, services and approach roads and maintenance work for the period of five years from the date of commissioning. The project is scheduled for completion by January 2013. crackcrack
