Prasanna Kumar was appointed as non-official part time Director on the Board of the Company with effect from December 22, 2012 by the President of India vide Ministry of Power, Govt of India order Desk for a period of 3 years. On completion of the said tenure on December 21, 2015, J.N. Prasanna Kumar has ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from December 21, 2015.
