NIIT Technologies has informed that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 18,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on December 22, 2015. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,138,399 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each aggregating to Rs 611,383,990.
