DCB Bank informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,46,790 equity shares of Rs 10 each on December 23, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Banks issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,38,88,463 shares of Rs 10 each.
