Strides Shasun spurts on raising Rs 1,102 crore via QIP

Strides Shasun is currently trading at Rs 1301.50, up by 3.15 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 1298.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1304.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1310.00 and Rs. 1287.70 respectively. So far 14435 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1412.45 on 23-Nov-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 822.20 on 10-Feb-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1332.00 and Rs. 1255.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10498.91 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.65% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.42% and 27.94% respectively.

Strides Shasun has mopped up over Rs 1,102 crore through qualified institutional placement (QIP), which was opened on December 17. The QIP Committee of the company, on December 21, 2015, approved closure of issue period of the QIP . The issue price is at a discount of 4.97 per cent to the floor price of Rs 1,344.78 per equity share, in accordance with proviso to Regulation 85(1) of SEBI ICDR regulations.
