ACC informs about company updates

ACC has informed that the Company has obtained an Order from the Company Law Board under Section 2(41) of the Companies Act 2013 permitting the Company to continue having 1st January - 31st December as its Financial Year. Accordingly the Company will maintain 1st January - 31st December as its Financial Year.
