Morgan Stanley Asia Fund sells 22.09 lakh shares of Udaipur Cement Works

Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) has sold 22.09 lakh shares of Udaipur Cement Works through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 13.11 valuing the transaction to Rs 2.90 crore.

Udaipur Cement Works, formerly known as JK Udaipur Udyog was incorporated on March 15, 1993 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on March 24, 1993 from the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan at Jaipur. The company is presently engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of cement.
