Yes Bank informs about allotment of shares
Date: 24-12-2015Yes Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 177,750 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on December 23, 2015 under the JESOPII, JESOP IV, JESOP V and PESOP II - 2010 Plans. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs 4,193,214,450 consisting of 419,321,445 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 4,194,991,950 consisting of 419,499,195 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
