Tide Water Oil (India) informs about closure of trading window

Tide Water Oil (India) has informed that in terms of Tide Water Oil Co. (I) Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for purchase / sale / dealing in the shares of the Company in any manner will be closed from January 01, 2016 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives). The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on December, 2015 to the Stock Exchanges.
